As an avid hiker and camper, I get a lot of opportunities to practice my photography in the Texas Hill Country that I know and love so well. As a Texas Master Naturalist, I’m passionate about the protection and conservation of our precious natural resources. I’m also a strong believer in the principles of Leave No Trace and Nature First so I strive to minimize any negative impacts to my photography subjects as well as educate people through my photos. Via photography and social media, I attempt to ignite a curiosity and appreciation for the outdoors and encourage others to get outside to experience the wonderful gifts we’ve been given. I’ve been fortunate to be published a few times, but I’m not a professional by any means. I just love (and need) the peace that I get from being in nature and in-the-moment with my camera.
